Morons In South Carolina

Ugh:

A sign is causing heated arguments outside of a church in Jonesville.

Pastor Roger Byrd of Jonesville Church of God put the sign up which reads "Obama Osama humm are they brothers?"

Pastor Byrd says the sign is not meant to be racial or political but rather to make people think.  "His name is so close to Osama I have a feeling he might be Islamic therefore he doesn't recognize Christ," Pastor Byrd said.

Right.  Because his name sounds kind of like Osama's, he must not recognize Christ.

Well lets exam some facts, instead of your hate filled rants:

Obama readily admits to being taught for two years at a Muslim school in Jakarta.

For two more years, he was taught in a public school in Jakarta, listing his religion as Islam.

His mother was a self procalimed atheist, taught by a self proclaimed communist in Washington (state).

Her parents belonged to a Univeral Unitarian church, which accepts atheists, in Bellvue, commonly referred to as the "little RED church" on the hill.

After becoming pregnant with Obama, she married a muslim man from Kenya, whose father was greatly disappointed, becasue he didnt want his family's black blood being sullied by a white womans blood.

After the Kenyan left for Harvard, and whose mother is still a devout Muslim today, Obama's mother remarried another Indoesian muslim.

Obama didnt go to a Christian church until licing in south Chicago, and some would argue it was for political expediency. This church granted a muslim, Farrakhan, acheivment awards; he considers the Jewish religion a "gutter religion".

Obama's preacher, mentor, advisor and friend, Jermiah Wright was a muslim and black nationalist.

Now, if a little church in South carolina wants to question his faith, given these and countless other facts, I don't have a problem with that.
